Thank you for shopping with Feminine & Funding Co. Because my products are made to order, I want to make sure every customer has a clear understanding of our return and refund process. 

Returns 

Since all items are made to order, I do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, change of mind, or ordering the wrong item. Please review product descriptions and sizing information carefully before placing your order. 

Damaged or Incorrect Items 

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

• Your order number 
• A photo of the item 
• A brief description of the problem 

Once reviewed, I may offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation. 

Refunds 

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. 

Order Changes or Cancellations 

Because my products go into production quickly, orders cannot be changed or canceled once they have been processed.
